Our commission from the buyer is 4% plus VAT.
Unlike some agencies, we do not take all, or even some of, the
commission at the pre-contract stage, but prefer to wait until the
job is done and the contract completed before invoicing the
client. It goes without saying that should the purchase not happen
for whatever reason, no commission will be charged by us.
